1. Services and Project Scope
Your Local Reach provides web design, mobile responsiveness, and SEO optimisation services specifically tailored for local business growth.
-
Included Services: The specific number of pages and any additional services (e.g.,
hosting setup, logo design, or copywriting) will be defined in the individual Project Agreement.
-
Exclusions: Any task not explicitly listed in the Project Agreement is considered "out of scope" and will be billed at the Designer’s standard hourly rate.
-
Mobile-First Focus: All websites are built with a mobile-first design to ensure they perform optimally on smartphones for local searches.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the project remains on schedule, the Client must provide all necessary content,
including text, images, and logos, by the date specified in the agreement.
-
Delays: Failure to provide content on time will result in a shift in the final project deadline and may incur extra charges.
3. Payment Terms
-
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
-
Final Payment: The final payment is due upon completion of the project and must be paid before the website goes live.
-
Late Fees: Payments not received within the timeframe specified on the invoice (14 days) will incur late fees.
4. Revisions and Changes
-
The standard project fee includes a set number of minor revisions (typically two rounds).
-
Additional Revisions: Any major changes to the original brief or requests for additional rounds of revisions will be charged extra.
5. Intellectual Property
-
Ownership: Full ownership of the final website is transferred to the Client only after the project fee has been paid in full.
-
Portfolio Rights: Your Local Reach retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio and marketing materials to showcase "big brand" quality for local businesses.
6. Termination
-
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice (7 days).
-
Client Termination: If the Client terminates the project, they remain liable for all work completed up to the date of termination.
